Place your DTF transfer order Monday through Friday and select Same Day Pickup at checkout. If artwork and payment requirements are met by 2:00 PM Central, your job is queued for same day production. We accept custom gang sheets in all standard sizes, including 22" width transfers up to 120" in length.
Your order enters the live print queue on our industrial DTF printer. Turnaround depends on jobs ahead of you and the size of your order. Same‑day promise: your custom DTF transfers will be ready for pickup the same day, no later than 10:00 PM CT. We print with premium inks for vibrant colors and durability.
When printing is complete, we cure and cool the DTF transfers to ensure the adhesive powder bonds properly. Then our quality control team verifies the items match your order - checking dimensions, color accuracy, and print clarity. If everything checks out, we mark it Ready for Pickup and send an email and text to the number on the order with your pickup address, box number, and unique access code.
Use your unique code at our monitored pickup lock box. Access is available 24/7 at the location listed in your message, so you can grab your custom DTF transfers during or after hours when it is convenient for you. Simply enter the code, retrieve your package, and start pressing your designs onto garments immediately.
Any General Customer who selects Same Day Pickup at checkout is eligible. Orders must meet artwork requirements (proper file format, resolution, and bleed) and payment must be processed. Orders approved by 2:00 PM Central are targeted for same day production. This service is available Monday through Friday on regular business days.
You will receive an email and, if enabled in your account settings, a text message labeled Ready for Pickup when your DTF transfer order is finished. The notification includes your unique pickup code, the pickup address in Houston, and your assigned box number. Please wait for this notice before arriving to ensure your custom gang sheets are ready and placed in the pickup box.
Because Same Day Pickup orders are produced immediately to meet our same-day promise, orders are non-cancellable once submitted. If changes are needed to your DTF transfer design or order details, reply to your order email right away. We will try to help if production has not started, but this is not guaranteed.
Exceptions include suspected fraud or duplicate payment. If we are unable to produce your order for reasons on our side, we will make it right with a full refund or rush production.
If workmanship or print quality is not right on your DTF transfers, contact us within 48 hours of pickup with photos and your order number. We will evaluate and reprint or credit as appropriate. We stand behind our work and want you to be satisfied with your custom gang sheets.
Orders approved after 2:00 PM move to the next available production window. We still try to complete these the same evening when capacity allows. Large or complex DTF gang sheet orders can require extra time for proper curing and quality control - we will notify you with the earliest pickup time when your order enters production.
